2025 Setup

• Gaggia Classic 2004: Upgraded to 9-bar pressure gauge. It's built like a tank and has endless guides and spare parts available.
• Fellow Opus: Decent first grinder, though I do find myself getting irritated at the non-stepless adjustments, which I didn't really understand it would be annoying when I bought it.
• Other: Aeropress - nice quiet backup, though I do not use it often
